My Story

Acupuncturist Noelle Gall

A Journey Back to Self

I’m Noelle Gall, founder and licensed acupuncturist at INNR Wellness, here to help you feel like yourself again. Not just free from symptoms, but truly alive, balanced, and connected within. As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, I am committed to safe practise and ongoing professional development.
My journey into healing began with my own struggles. Years of pushing through a demanding corporate career left me anxious, unable to sleep, and dealing with constant digestive issues. When I found Chinese Medicine more than 15 years ago, everything shifted. Bit by bit, my energy returned. Sleep improved, immunity strengthened, and digestion finally began to calm. I felt steadier in my mind and more at ease in my heart. And through that, I found myself again. That transformation lit a path I could not ignore: helping others heal and come home to themselves.

Training & Qualifications

I began my Chinese Medicine journey in Amsterdam at the Shenzhou Open University of TCM, before continuing my acupuncture studies in the UK at the internationally respected College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. There, I completed a rigorous 3.5-year full-time Bachelor’s degree accredited by the Health Sciences University. Graduating with First-Class Honours, along with being awarded The Hicks Achievement Award for the top performing student of the year group. I completed over 400 hours of in-person clinical training. My training encompassed both Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches, alongside moxibustion, cupping, gua sha and ear seeds.

Advanced Training & Mentorship

I undertook advanced training in classical acupuncture, using the full channel system (Sinew, Luo, Divergent and Eight Extraordinary channels), enabling a more comprehensive and informed approach to complex chronic conditions—from immunological and autoimmune disorders (e.g. RA), neurological conditions (e.g. MS) to chronic degenerative illness and women’s health (e.g. PCOS).

In addition, I continue mentorship in Applied Channel Theory with a Beijing-based doctor trained by Dr. Wang Ju-Yi, refining a palpation-led diagnostic approach that enhances accuracy and results.

Licensed Acupuncturist

I hold a first-class Bachelor degree in acupuncture from the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. I continue to study Applied Channel Theory, a specialised system developed by Dr. Wang Ju-Yi. By carefully assessing the body’s channels through touch, I can pinpoint underlying imbalances and deliver more precise, effective treatments tailored to you.

Home Visits

I also offer weekly home visits, perfect for those who are less mobile or prefer the comfort and privacy of receiving acupuncture in their own space.
